  • Oversee operations in multiple locations within an assigned area.
  • Manage and train staff to ensure high performance and compliance.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality and safety standards.
  • Analyze performance metrics and implement improvements.
  • Coordinate with management to achieve organizational goals.
  • Foster a positive work environment and resolve conflicts.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field preferred.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant supervisory or managerial experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to work collaboratively.
  • Qualities and Traits: Motivated, adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
