• Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve company sales targets.
• Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the sales skills of team members.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a sales or supervisory role
• Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Sales Training, Sales Management, Customer Relationship Management, Competitor Analysis, Presentation skills, and Salesforce
• Responsibilities and Duties: Identify training needs and develop training materials for the sales team
• Working Conditions: Ability to travel frequently to meet with clients and attend industry events, Willing to time in at 5:00 AM daily and willing to work extended hours
• Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
