Responsibilities

• Deliver Asset Management services for multiple our customers.

• Act as the single point of contact for customers, partners, and internal our stakeholders.

• Manage, track, report, and resolve issues related to customers IB data.

• Support customers in managing the lifecycle of HW and SW assets to mitigate risks,

optimize TCO, and improve customer experience.

Key Job Duties

• Ensure customer Install Based is correctly aligned with contracts, locations, and service

coverage levels.

• Lead the implementation of Asset Management services.

• Onboard new customers and reconcile IB data from various sources.

• Identify discrepancies and manage MACD activities.

• Provide ongoing IB maintenance support and collaborate cross-functionally.

Required Skills

• Expert-level proficiency in Japanese (written and verbal).

• Strong understanding of our business model, product portfolio, and GTM strategies.

• Advanced Excel skills (macros, pivots, formulas) and experience with data analysis.

• Proficiency in reporting tools like Tableau and Power BI.

• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, ownership-driven approach.

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with minimum of 4 years of customer engagement experience

including 2 years of experience in IB Management or Data Management or similar

• ITIL Foundation, and HAM/SAM are good to have

General Skills:

➢ A good level of English; advanced Language support depending on the country supported

➢ Educational Qualification: Educated to university degree level.

➢ Experience: Min 3 to 4 years of customer-facing experience working within a contact centre,

operations, Renewals and deal management activities

➢ Experience in IT Companies is a plus

Minimum Hiring Requirements:

➢ Educated to University degree level

➢ Minimum 3 of experience as a Renewal Analyst, Deal Manager, Quote to Cash, Pricing Ops,

Recurring Revenue experience or any other industry in related roles.

➢ Meticulous professional who has accuracy and attention to detail in the work performed
