Set up: Full onsite until notice

Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9AM - 6PM

Responsibilities and Roles:

• Ensure all new asset, return, repair and disposal request are processed on time
• Review and approve Good Receipt, Inventory Transfer and Good Issue.
• Ensure SLA are met on the issuance and tagging of assets
• Ensure the Asset Inventory is reconciled in financial records.
• Assist in physical count to different branches.
• Escalate problems or issues related to transactions, processes or inventory as well as monitor progress/changes and keep manager informed of unusual transactions
• Collaborate with other teams to identify and implement process improvement initiatives or standardizations
• Partner with HR on the hiring, disciplinary and terminations.
• Performs other tasks as assigned

Educational Background and Experience:

• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years’ experience with people management
• Deep knowledge in Fixed Asset process
• Ability to work with multiple functions
• Agility, flexibility and openness to learn and be trained to challenge peers and Management
