We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Audit Staff to support auditing, administrative, and payroll operations in our food business. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial records, compliance with company policies, and efficient administrative processes, helping the organization run smoothly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or any related field
• At least 6 months to 2 years of experience in audit, accounting, or payroll (experience in the food or FMCG industry is a plus)
• Knowledge of internal auditing procedures and payroll systems
• Strong organizational, administrative, and documentation skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy and ability to meet deadlines
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic accounting software
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
• Willing to work Monday to Saturday (6-day workweek)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in internal audits, including verification of financial records and documentation
• Support payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely salary computations
• Maintain organized records of transactions, inventory, and administrative documents
• Prepare audit, payroll, and administrative reports for management
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
• Coordinate with operations, production, and finance teams for data collection
• Perform general administrative tasks as needed

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Saturday (6-day workweek)
