The Audit Staff is responsible for monitoring and managing the credit card collection process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reconciliation of transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor credit card receivables and collections
• Reconcile credit card transactions with bank and system records
• Review sales, chargebacks, and settlement reports for accuracy
• Ensure compliance with company policies and audit standards
• Identify discrepancies and coordinate resolution with concerned teams
• Prepare audit reports and collection status summaries
• Assist in internal and operational audits as required

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related course
• Experience in audit, accounting, or collections is an advantage
• Knowledge of credit card processing and reconciliation
• Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications
• High level of integrity and confidentiality
