【Job Responsibilities】

1. Responsible for the design and development of product server-side using Rust, ensuring code quality and the implementation of module functionalities;

2. Design and implement high availability and high performance API interfaces to support business needs for front-end and mobile applications;

3. Maintain the overall availability of backend services, assess performance, and assist operations in server deployment, configuration, and scaling;

4. Collaborate with the team to quickly identify and resolve technical issues arising during development;

【Qualifications】

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related fields, with over 3 years of backend development experience;

2. Proficient in Rust, familiar with common backend languages such as Go;

3. Experience in deploying and using common middleware (Redis, Kafka, Elasticsearch, RPC frameworks) and understanding their underlying principles;

4. Familiar with MySQL/PostgreSQL, sharding, performance tuning, and capable of designing databases for large data volumes and distributed database architecture;

5. Experience in server design and development involving circuit breakers, rate limiting, and understanding service governance;

6. Priority will be given to candidates with practical experience in applications with over 1 million daily active users and more than 50,000 concurrent connections;

7. Possess a sense of ownership, strong self-motivation, the ability to independently solve problems, and good teamwork and communication skills.
