✅ Backend Architect / Senior Backend Engineer (Part-time / Full-time Available)
We are developing a global payment system and are seeking an experienced backend engineer to take charge of the overall technical solution design and mentor existing junior backend engineers.
This position supports remote work with a flexible schedule.

【Responsibilities】
• Own the overall backend architecture design (primarily Java / Spring Boot)
• Lead technical integration with banks, liquidity providers, wallet infrastructure APIs, and other upstream/downstream vendors
• Define API specifications (RESTful), standardize interface structures and data models
• Design databases and business workflows for KYC/KYB, user identity verification, and case reviews
• Provide clear, usable APIs for the frontend team
• Mentor junior backend engineers and conduct code reviews
• Ensure the project advances according to milestones, maintaining system quality and scalability
• Implement core interfaces as needed (not full-scale coding)

【Requirements】
Must Have
• 5+ years of backend development experience
• Proficient in Java / Spring Boot
• Familiar with MySQL and Redis, with strong database design skills
• Capable of independently designing APIs and data structures
• Experience with admin systems, CRM, risk-control, or review systems preferred
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead junior engineers
• Comfortable with remote collaboration and good documentation practices

Plus
• Experience in KYC/KYB development
• Experience in payment system development
• Experience in risk-control or merchant onboarding system development
• Familiarity with OAuth2, token-based authentication, and RBAC permission models

【Working Terms】
• Part-time: 10–20 hours per week
• Full-time: standard working hours
• Fully remote, location-independent
• Clear project roadmap and requirements, minimal frequent changes

【Compensation】
• Part-time: ¥6,000–¥10,000 per month (based on workload and experience)
• Full-time: ¥18,000–¥25,000 per month (negotiable based on skills)
