- Greet customers with a friendly attitude and assist in bagging their purchases efficiently.
- Offer to carry bags to customers vehicles when appropriate.
- Ensure a positive shopping experience by being attentive and respectful.
- Pack items securely and logically separate food from non-food, and fragile items from heavy ones.
- Maintain speed and accuracy, especially during peak hours.
- Keep checkout counters and bagging areas clean and clutter-free.
- Return misplaced or unwanted items to their proper shelves.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of store entrances and cart areas.
- Collaborate with cashiers and other staff to ensure smooth customer flow.
- Help retrieve shopping carts from parking areas and store entrances.
- Participate in team huddles and training sessions as required.
