• Prepare to open and close the store following the assigned checklist.
• Taking orders and processing payment of customers
• Hands out customer number and coordinates with the kitchen for the customer's food orders and barista for the customer's beverage orders.
• Operating cash register, POS and credit card terminals.
• Preparing and serving beverages is not only related to coffee.
• Has good grasp of the entire menu and can suggest good or beverage items to customers based on their questions and preferences.
• Ensures that the service and counter area as well as the coffee machine, water filters, equipment, blenders and cups are cleaned and well maintained.
• Stocks and maintain sufficient levels of inventory to ensure smooth service.
• Maintaining good customer relations and services.
• Serving drinks to customer.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Certification and knowledge related to the field such as (but not limited to) below is a plus:
• Specialty coffee and drinks, coffee tasting, espresso calibration and latte art - inventory and operations - basic accounting and cash handling
• Barista and cashier experience is a plus
