Qualifications: 

• College Level, Vocational, High School Diploma/Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Preferable candidates with sales experience for at least 1-2 years. (Banking or Insurance, Real Estate, Vehicle/Car Dealership, Credit Card Sales, Casino Sales, Same or Related)
• Strong communication skills, has pleasing personality, and confidence.
• Flexible with area of assignments and shifting of schedules. 
• Willing to be trained. 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Engage with potential clients from diverse backgrounds and age groups in a professional and inclusive manner.
• Proactively approach and stop potential clients to introduce and discuss company products or services.
• Conduct product demonstrations to effectively showcase features, benefits, and value to customers.
• Present, promote, and sell company products or services using effective and assertive selling techniques.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Handle sales inquiries, negotiations, and efficiently close sales deals.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets on a consistent basis.
• Accurately document sales activities, customer information, and transactions in accordance with company standards.
• Perform any ad hoc tasks assigned by management to support business operations.
