We are seeking a motivated BIM modeler with a solid architectural background to join our engineering team.

The current organizational and team structure is divided into three main disciplines:

1. Architectural Design,
2. Structural Design, and
3. Construction Planning.

Each position needs 1-2 workforce. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our design and construction projects using Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and workflows, especially using Revit.

The role is ideal for individuals with a clear vision for their career, long-term commitment, and a desire to grow within the organization.

• Develop and manage BIM models (Revit) using toolｓ
• Coordinate with architectural, structural, and Construction Planning teams to ensure model accuracy and consistency
• Perform clash detection and design coordination with internal and external stakeholders
• Support construction and site teams with updated drawings and visualizations
• Conduct quantity take-offs, 4D scheduling, and other BIM-based analysis as needed
• Assist in establishing and maintaining BIM standards and workflows
• Perform drawing review tasks as part of our pre-screening BIM skill evaluation

Must:

• Practical experience in architectural design or construction firms
• At least 3 years of BIM hands-on experience, particularly in horizontal-type building projects
• Working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar BIM tools
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams
• Clear career goals and strong motivation to grow within the company

Prefer:

• Knowledge of Japanese construction standards or experience working on Japan-related projects is a plus
• Experience in site management or construction supervision
• We prefer to have N4 (as long as speaking skills are good, one does not have to have N3, such as half Japanese), but not necessary
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field

Benefits:

• 15 SL/15 VL, 13th month, Bonus, HMO with dependents, etc.
• 2.25 months (summer/winter = 1 + 1.25 = 2.25 months)
• It will be written on the offering letter, and since the company's profit is fine, the company provides a 2.25-month bonus in addition to 13 months' pay for 8 years continuously now.
• Yearly salary is 15.25 months' pay (12 + 1 + 1 + 1.25).
• Position allowance (if manager level), house allowance, Japanese language allowance (N3: 5000 PHP/month, N4: 3000 PHP, N5: 1000 PHP)
• Meal + transportation: 13,000 PHP/month
• You can study the Japanese language in the company.

Work Schedule:

• Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
