Project Evaluation • Assess the technical background, team capabilities, market potential, and compliance of new tokens or projects. • Prepare listing proposals and coordinate reviews with internal technical, legal, marketing, and risk teams. • Participate in listing review meetings, deliver project analysis reports, and address related inquiries. 2. Listing Process Execution • Coordinate with project teams’ technical staff to complete node deployment, wallet integration, and smart contract integration. • Conduct test deposits and withdrawals to verify on-chain deposit and withdrawal functionality. • Configure trading pairs (e.g., ETH/BTC, USDT), set fees, minimum order sizes, and other parameters. • Ensure correct display of tokens and trading pairs on the web front end, mobile app, and API interfaces. • Develop listing promotion plans, including launch events, deposit reward programs, and trading competitions. • Coordinate with design, marketing, and community teams to publish announcements, marketing materials, and social media content. • Monitor trading volume, order book depth, and user engagement; generate regular operational reports and propose optimizations.
