* Supervise daily branch activities, ensuring smooth operations.
* Implement and maintain company policies and procedures.
* Ensure compliance with legal, financial, and operational regulations.
* Manage branch security and risk management procedures.
* Monitor employee performance and provide feedback or coaching.
* Foster a positive work environment and encourage team collaboration.
* Conduct regular staff meetings and performance evaluations.
- College Graduate of any Business Course
- 20-40 years old
- 1-2 years of experience as a Branch Manager
- Proven experience in leadership, operations, and customer service.
- Good Communication skills
- Experience in handling financial transactions, budgeting, and target-driven work environments.
- Willing to be assigned in CEBU CITY
