Description
- Assist in daily restaurant operations and management.
- Supervise staff and ensure high-quality customer service.
- Train and onboard new employees.
- Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies.
- Implement health and safety standards.
- Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving financial goals.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: No specific degree required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Team player, strong work ethic, proficiency in inventory and cost management, computer literacy, restaurant management, and documentation skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in daily operations, manage staff, handle inventory, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced restaurant environment with varying hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work well under pressure, and a proactive attitude.
