- Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design solutions.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings.
- Support project management in implementing changes.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops.
- Monitor project progress and outcomes.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Skills: Proficiency in Excel, RDBMS, TOGAF, BPMN, and ECBA certification.
- Responsibilities: Analyze business needs, create documentation, and facilitate stakeholder communication.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional remote work; may involve teamwork and meetings.
- Qualities: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities.
