About the Role: Join UPay Payment Solutions and play a key role in building global payment corridors and scaling cross-border payments. This role focuses on developing partnerships, expanding channels, and managing strategic payment relationships worldwide. Key Responsibilities: • Develop remittance and cross-border payment partnerships • Expand wallets, MSBs, PSPs, and acquiring channels • Lead partner onboarding, negotiation, and ongoing management • Optimize cost structures, settlement efficiency, and transaction stability Requirements: • Proven experience in remittance, cross-border payments, or acquiring businesses • Strong partner network preferred • Solid understanding of pricing, settlement cycles, payment routing, and compliance • Fluent in English with strong business development and negotiation skills • Highly self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced FinTech environment
