Develop an in-depth understanding of all products and services and deliver impactful product demonstrations as offered by the company
Maintain and update a comprehensive client database
Attend industry events, trade exhibitions, conferences, and government procurement-related meetings to build brand awareness and identify business opportunities
Meet or exceed designated monthly sales targets, annual sales targets, assigned tasks and special projects as directed by the company
Monitor competitor activities
Regularly monitor government procurement portals (e.g., PhilGEPS) and other relevant databases to identify bidding opportunities aligned with the company’s products and services
Ensure compliance with Philippine government procurement laws (e.g., RA 9184) throughout the bidding process. Stay updated on relevant regulations and best practices in government contracting
Lead the preparation and timely submission of all documents and requirements needed in the pre-bid, final bid, and post-qualifications, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with all government procurement requirements.
Conduct field jobs such as client visits and on-site assessments
Negotiate contract terms and conditions to secure favorable outcomes for the company. Manage the execution and performance of contracts, ensuring compliance with obligations and addressing any issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, legal, finance, technical) to gather necessary information

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
Fluent in English and Tagalog
Minimum of 3 years of experience in bidding or project management
Knowledge of PhilGEPS (Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System)
Strong understanding of Philippine government procurement laws and processes.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and experience with bidding and contract management software
Ability to work in a fast paced and agile environment
Willing to do fieldwork nationwide in Philippines
