We are looking for an experienced and passionate Business Development Specialist in the Web3 industry to take on the role of Project Lead for B2B initiatives. This candidate will be responsible for developing, establishing, and maintaining partnerships with various businesses to drive our business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Expansion and Collaboration: Based on business development needs, deeply explore and establish partnerships with various businesses, including but not limited to financial institutions, technology providers, advertising partners, etc.

2. Resource Integration and Utilization: Integrate industry resources to provide effective and innovative Web3 solutions, enhancing companies' competitiveness in the blockchain sector.

3. Business Negotiation and Contracting: Proficiently conduct business negotiations in English, including communication with international partners, clearly and accurately conveying our core values and cooperation details, and facilitating the signing of cooperation agreements.

4. Project Management: Responsible for the full lifecycle management of projects, including project planning, progress tracking, risk assessment and resolution, and the delivery and evaluation of project outcomes.

5. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct regular market research on the Web3 industry, analyze competitors and market trends, and provide data support for the development of company strategies.
