  1. Manage end-to-end tender and bidding processes for railway and related products (rails, fasteners, turnouts, wheels, axles, etc.).
  2. Independently handle vendor registration and qualification with government bodies, GLCs, and state-owned clients, including:
  • ePerolehan registration
  • MOF codes, SSM
  • ISO and other required certifications
  1. Research tender opportunities, analyze tender documents, and ensure full compliance with technical and commercial requirements.
  2. Prepare, review, and submit complete bid documentation, including technical proposals, commercial proposals, and supporting documents.
  3. Coordinate closely with overseas teams in English to obtain quotations, technical specifications, and compliance documents.
  4. Manage tender timelines strictly and ensure on-time submission, including working overtime when required.
  5. Handle post-tender clarifications, follow-ups, and documentation as required by clients.
  6. Support ad-hoc tasks related to sales, tendering, and procurement activities.


Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any field. Engineering Field is preferable.
  2. Minimum 2–5 years of working experience in tender management, bid coordination, procurement, or government-related projects.
  3. Proven hands-on experience managing full tender cycles (from opportunity identification to submission).
  4. Familiar with government and GLC tender systems, especially ePerolehan (experience with MOF and SSM registration is a strong advantage).
  5. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
  6. Proficient in written and spoken English for daily work communication (Proficient in Chinese is an added advantage).
  7. Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience preparing pricing comparisons and compliance documents is preferred
  8. Exceptional organization and multitasking ability, strong communication and interpersonal skills, reliable, proactive and detail-oriented, able to work independently and in a team environment
