Description

• Generate demand and sales within the assigned area/territory
• Ensure monthly sales targets are achieved
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
• Scout and develop new leads through field work
• Conduct product presentations to prospective clients
• Endorse leads or orders to the nearest partner hardware store
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely order fulfillment and address customer concerns

Qualifications

• Educational Qualifications: At least Senior High School or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience Level: 1–2 years of experience in business development or sales.
• Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in public speaking.
• Qualities and Traits: Creative problem solver with strong attention to detail.
• Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to support sales management and training initiatives.
