• Assist in identifying and sourcing KOLs, creators, and influencers aligned with company campaigns
• Support influencer outreach, coordination, and follow-ups
• Help manage influencer schedules for selling videos, campaigns, and live selling sessions
• Coordinate with live hosts, marketing, and creative teams for campaign execution
• Track influencer partnerships, deliverables, and basic performance results
• Maintain updated databases of influencers, contacts, and agreements
• Assist in preparing reports, proposals, and campaign summaries
• Perform other administrative and coordination tasks related to business development

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Familiarity with social media platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Willing to work flexible hours based on campaign and live selling schedules
