Responsibilities

1. User Acquisition: Proven experience as a KOL agent with rebate programs on Tier-1 or Tier-2 crypto exchanges for both derivatives and spot trading. Responsible for driving new user growth on the platform.

2. Channel Development: Ability to identify and integrate new channels, delivering high-quality marketing campaigns. Excellent resource aggregation skills. Develop various sales and promotional channels, including but not limited to news outlets, vertical media, investment communities, industry influencers, SEO, quantitative trading teams, strategy optimization specialists, investment educators, etc. Examples: Telegram, Twitter, Discord, etc.

3. Achieve Performance OKRs: Set and execute plans for new user acquisition targets, channel expansion, and user retention. Take ownership of data-driven growth metrics.

4. Market Research: Provide informed market outlook assessments and possess strong research capabilities. Monitor market dynamics and deliver timely feedback on platform data.

Qualifications

1. Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university. Proficient in English as a working language.

2. Experience: Minimum of 2 years in user acquisition and rebate agency roles at Tier-1 or Tier-2 exchanges.

3. Industry Knowledge: Familiar with blockchain industry resources, including KOLs, media outlets, and venture capital. Accountable for achieving results.
