Business Services Associate

We are seeking a high-potential Business Services Associate to support regional operations, executive coordination, and strategic projects across Southeast Asia. Reporting directly to the Thailand-based Business Services Manager, this role offers a clear path toward a leadership position.


Key Responsibilities

  • Executive Support: Assist with strategy, planning, and execution; conduct market research and prepare executive briefs/presentations.
  • Coordination: Organize meetings, draft minutes, and manage project timelines; act as a cross-departmental liaison.
  • Compliance & Legal: Process permits and licenses; submit regulatory documents to government agencies; ensure legal compliance.
  • Client Services: Support company formation, KYC, and billing inquiries; manage payment remittances and invoice tracking.
  • Relationship Management: Address client needs and maintain key account relationships.
  • Operations: Maintain contract databases and internal records; refine workflows and SOPs.
  • Communication: Serve as a Chinese–English coordinator/translator for meetings and client communications.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive documentation and process improvements with high integrity.


Qualifications & Requirements

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written; non-negotiable).
  • Open to foreign nationals legally authorized to work in the Philippines.
  • Willingness to work onsite and visit government offices.

Education & Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, Economics, or Business Management.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in a Big 4 firm, law firm, or similar corporate environment. Regional/international experience is an advantage.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong critical thinking, organization, and time management.
  • High level of discretion for sensitive information.
  • Familiarity with government compliance processes.

Employment Details

  • Location: Initial training conducted in the Philippines.
  • Reporting: Reports to the Business Services Manager (Thailand).
