Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled CAD Designer with 3–5 years of experience in architectural or engineering drafting. The ideal candidate has worked remotely, possesses their own equipment, and has prior exposure to Middle East projects and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings using AutoCAD or equivalent software

• Interpret design briefs and technical specifications from engineers or architects

• Revise and update drawings based on feedback and project changes

• Ensure compliance with Middle East design codes and documentation standards

• Collaborate remotely with multidisciplinary teams across time zones

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Drafting, Architecture, or Engineering

• 3–5 years of CAD design experience, preferably with Middle East projects

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or SolidWorks

• Strong communication and time management skills for remote collaboration

• Must have own computer, licensed software, and stable internet connection

• Familiarity with Gulf region building codes and client expectations is a plus
