- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.

- Resolve issues and provide accurate information.
- Maintain customer records and follow up on inquiries.
- Provide product information and assistance.
- Work collaboratively with team members to enhance customer experience.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: No prior experience necessary; training will be provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English language, excellent customer service skills, and ability to work as a team player.
- Working Conditions: Office environment; may require working shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and eagerness to learn.
