Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls
- Resolve queries & provide excellent service
- Resolve customer issues in a professional and friendly manner
Qualifications:
- College Graduate (with or without experience)
- HS Old Curriculum/Senior High School Graduate
- At least 2nd year in college (4 semesters completed)
- Freshers are welcome to apply!
