Responsibilities

Handling member/patient inquiries for healthcare services via phone/non-voice, resolving issues with benefits/claims/scheduling, documenting interactions in CRM/EMR, and escalating complex cases, requiring strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills, often with healthcare backgrounds (like nursing, allied health) or BPO experience, for both onsite and work-from-home roles.
