Key Responsibilities.

• Manage incoming Calls with professionalism and courtesy
• Assist customers by providing product and service details
• Address and resolve issues promptly and accurately
• Handle account updates, service requests, and related transactions
• Keep records updated and document customer interactions
• Adhere to company policies, scripts, and performance standards

Qualifications

• At least 6 months call center experience
• Education: At least High School or Senior High School Graduate
• Basic computer literacy
• Good Communication skills
