Your Day-to-Day 

• You’ll be the friendly, reliable voice customers can trust. Expect to: 
• Answer questions and solve problems by phone, chat, or email 
• Give clear, accurate information customers can rely on 
• Help customers feel heard and supported 
• Follow processes so we keep delivering world-class service

What We’re Looking For 

• High school grad, SHS grad, or college level/grad 
• No BPO experience is required.
• Confident communicator in English – both written and spoken 
• High emotional quotient and empathy towards patients.
• Able to work, communicate and collaborate with others effectively and efficiently.
• Organized and able to handle a fast-paced workload 
• Willing to work on-site.
