Job description:

• Greet the dealer and retail.
• Provide professional and efficient service to dealer and retailer.
• Answer all telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Deposit the sales M-W-F.
• Update the quickbook daily.
• Prepare the Statement of Accounts and Account Receivables of Market Market.
• Update the daily report of Production ROAMBI
• Always update Statement of Account Mandaluyong (SOA), Market-Market (SOA)
• Consolidate the SOA Interplant, Manda & Market-Market. Every first day of the month.

OTHER TASK:

• Provide efficient and professional administrative services to other staff and departments when needed.
