We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Dimsum Staff/Dimsum Chef/Chinese Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, assembling, and steaming various dimsum dishes according to standardized recipes and hygiene protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and assemble dimsum items such as siomai, hakaw, siopao, and other traditional offerings.
• Steam or cook dimsum products according to standard procedures.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper food safety practices in the preparation area.
• Monitor inventory levels and report needed supplies.
• Assist in receiving and properly storing deliveries.
• Follow kitchen protocols and safety standards at all times.
• Maintain proper portion control and food presentation.
• Support the kitchen team with other tasks as needed.

• At least High School Graduate or equivalent; TESDA certification is an advantage.
• Minimum of 6 months kitchen or food preparation experience, preferably in a Chinese restaurant or commissary.
• Basic knowledge of dimsum preparation and kitchen equipment (e.g., steamers, prep tables).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good hygiene and sanitation habits.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Team player with a positive work attitude.

Preferred but Not Required:

• Experience in preparing traditional Chinese or Cantonese cuisine.
• Knowledge of HACCP or basic food safety standards.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
