Key Responsibilities

Site Supervision & Execution

• Supervise daily on-site marble installation, fabrication, and finishing activities for flooring, wall cladding, kitchen platforms, and vanity tops.
• Ensure accurate, high-quality installation of natural stone materials, adhering to approved technical, structural, and aesthetic specifications.
• Direct and guide the mason/installation crew on intricate stone cutting, polishing, and setting techniques.
• Inspect site, verify dimensions, and prepare detailed shop drawings and cutting lists.

Technical Coordination & Documentation

• Review architectural, interior, and shop drawings to ensure constructability, specifically looking for potential marble joint clashes or structural weaknesses.
• Prepare technical submittals, material samples, and method statements for approval by consultants/architects.
• Prepare and maintain detailed daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. 

Quality Control & Safety

• Inspect and test materials upon delivery to ensure compliance with approved samples and specifications.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of delicate marble materials to prevent damage.
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment, ensuring compliance with local health and safety regulations. 

Project Management & Commercial

• Prepare material take-offs (BOQ), estimates, and resource planning for finishing materials.
• Coordinate with MEP, joinery, and other trades to avoid conflicts and ensure smooth project flow.
• Oversee project handover, prepare snag lists (punch lists), and resolve outstanding technical issues.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and Project Management software.

Strong knowledge of stone types, fabrication techniques, installation methods (dry fixing/wet fixing), and sealants.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage subcontractors and coordinate with stakeholders. 

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. Fresh graduates and candidates without a professional license are welcome.
