Description
- Handle various tasks related to insurance claims
- Review and assess the validity and completeness of claim submissions
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on claim status
- Collect and organize necessary claim documents and evidence
- Assist clients in understanding the claims process and policies
Requirements
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Abilities: Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Responsibilities: Efficiently process customer claims and improve customer satisfaction
- Attributes and Characteristics: Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility
