REQUIREMENTS:

• Preferably resident around Laguna (Calamba, Cabuyao, Sta, Rosa or nearby places)
• Preferably with OWN MOTORCYCLE
• Can drive 4 wheels and motorcycle
• With Driver’s License (1,2)

Responsibilities:

• Collection of all overdue invoices and scheduled payments.
• Deliver billing, official receipts and demand letters, Serve notice of dishonor, and other document
• Review and validate all checks before accepting as payment.
• Summarize all collection in the collection & logistics summary form.
• Endorse all collections to the Accounting Officer or Billing & Collections Specialist
• Documents follow-up notes, update information in Collection Team Group Chat.
• Perform collection pick-up based on scheduled itinerary.
• Collect and conduct field visit to delinquent clients including write-off for possible recovery.
• Report collections activity and accounts receivable status in an organized and timely manner
