Essential Skills

1. Proven training experience in communications and soft skills

2. Collections experience (preferably in Banking and Finance)

3. Excellent presentation, facilitation and interpersonal skills

4. Ability to design engaging training programs

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programs for collections teams
• Conduct needs assessments and evaluates training effectiveness
• Collaborate with operations teams to enhance collections processes
• Other ad hoc activities

Qualifications

• With minimum 2 yrs experience in any Debt collections process (Voice )
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in training
• Certification in training and development (e.g., CTT+)
• Experience in adult learning principles and instructional design, do training for at least 2 Years within the last 2 assignments of their work experience
• Familiarity with Debt collection software
