Key Responsibilities

• Transportation: Safely drive executives, VIPs, or clients to various locations (meetings, events, airports).
• Scheduling & Routing: Plan optimal routes, anticipate delays, and adapt to changing schedules.
• Vehicle Care: Keep assigned vehicle(s) impeccably clean, fueled, and in optimal mechanical condition, performing pre-trip checks and reporting issues.
• Security & Confidentiality: Maintain absolute discretion, protect sensitive information, and remain vigilant for security risks.
• Professionalism: Represent the executive and company well with a polished demeanor, excellent communication, and etiquette.
• Logistics: Assist with luggage, meet dignitaries, and handle basic administrative tasks like logs or expense reports.
