- Safely drive company executives or designated passengers to and from destinations in a timely manner.
- Ensure the vehicle is always clean, well-maintained, and in good running condition.
- Conduct routine checks on the vehicle’s condition (oil, water, tire pressure, brakes, etc.).
- Plan routes efficiently and stay updated on traffic conditions to avoid delays.
- Maintain records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules.
- Follow all traffic laws and company driving policies.
- Assist passengers with loading and unloading belongings when necessary.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
- Perform other duties as required by management.
