The Company Driver is responsible for safely transporting company personnel, documents, and goods to designated locations in a timely and efficient manner. The role requires strict adherence to traffic laws, company policies, and vehicle maintenance standards to ensure safe and reliable transportation services.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles to transport staff, clients, documents, and materials as assigned
• Ensure timely pick-up and delivery based on daily schedules or trip instructions
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure proper care of assigned company vehicle
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report mechanical issues or safety concerns promptly
• Ensure compliance with traffic laws, safety regulations, and company driving policies
• Assist in loading and unloading items when necessary
• Maintain accurate trip logs, mileage records, and fuel consumption reports
• Coordinate with dispatch, supervisors, or department heads regarding schedules and routes
• Secure company property and confidential documents during transport
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management
