Job Description:

Providing occupational health services to employees, including clinical assessment, first aid, and emergency response. The role ensures compliance with workplace health and safety regulations, supports employee wellness programs, maintains accurate medical records, and collaborates with OSH teams to promote a safe and healthy work environment.

Qualifications:

• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) licensed by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).

• Completion of OH Nurse Training is an advantage (e.g., BOSH for Nurses, OHN course from accredited institutions).

• Strong clinical assessment and first aid/emergency response skills.

• Excellent communication, documentation, and report-writing abilities.

• Knowledgeable in DOLE OSH Standards, RA 11058, and workplace health protocols.

• Able to work independently and collaboratively with OSH teams.

• Physically able to respond to emergencies and perform clinical duties.

• Good moral character, professionalism, and strong ethical standards.

• Willing to work on shifting schedules if required by the company.

• Preferably with experience in occupational health, emergency care, clinical nursing, or workplace health administration.

• Experience in employee wellness programs or industrial clinics is a plus.
