Job Description:

The Benefits Coordinator will play a vital role in the US Payroll division by supporting the enrollment process for new and renewing clients, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication. This role will focus supporting company's Benefits Agency, preparing and updating enrollment guides/material, preparing census reports for quoting and enrollments with insurance carriers, preparing quote comparisons, preparing compliance material, tracking renewal process completion and maintaining client files.

 As a Benefit Coordinator, you will contribute to enhancing our clients' experiences for benefits by ensuring seamless enrollments, clear communication, and accurate record-keeping through cross collaborative efforts. Your attention to detail, effective communication, and collaborative approach will be essential in the success of our benefits agency.

Qualification and requirements:

  • Enrollment Materials - Use Microsoft Publisher and Word to create enrollment materials and benefit booklets.
  • Census Reports - Prepare census Excel files for submitting to insurance carriers for Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
  • Benefit Proposals - Prepare comprehensive benefit proposals and comparisons for clients.
  • Client Files - Maintain and update client files for accuracy and accessibility.
  • Renewal Management - Maintain a schedule for benefit plan renewals and manage associated paperwork.
  • Compliance Reporting - Prepare annual forms for compliance reporting requirements.
  • Project Tracking - Track ongoing projects to ensure timely completion.
  • Software Utilization - Use tools like Adobe, Microsoft Publisher, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word to manage tasks.

Non-negotiable skills & requirements:

  • Software Proficiency - Adobe Pro, Microsoft Publisher, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Reporting & Analysis - Experience preparing census reports, benefit proposals, and compliance materials.
  • Grammar & Typing - Strong typing, spelling, and grammar skills.
  • Computer Skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Pro.
  • Communication - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
