Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Manage all project sites vis-a-vis project engineers, and contractors
Manage project schedules and reports
Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations
Lead and mentor project engineers/staff
Resolve issues and implement best practices
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
Communicate regularly with stakeholders on project progress.
Resolve issues and mitigate risks proactively.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Experience Level: Over 10 years of experience in construction project management.
Skills and Competencies: Project implementation, mentorship, engineering and operations management, financial acumen, presentation and problem-solving skills, business and interpersonal acumen.
Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee project planning, execution, and completion; manage budgets; lead teams; ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Working Conditions: Primarily on-site in various construction environments; may require extended hours and adaptability to changing conditions.
Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership, effective communication, detail-oriented, proactive problem-solver, and exceptional organizational skills.
