- Plan, schedule, and coordinate project activities with owners, design teams, and subcontractors.
- Manage budgets, cost control, bids, and contract values.
- Oversee procurement, subcontractor selection, and material deliveries.
- Ensure quality control, safety programs, codes, permits, and compliance.
- Run field operations, logistics, site coordination, and issue resolution.
- Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, handle changes and claims.
- Communicate with stakeholders; produce reports and meeting notes.
- Maintain project documentation and closeout packages.
- Track progress, manage punch lists, commissioning, and handover.
- Uphold contractual, legal, ethical, and environmental standards.
