About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Client Consulting Manager to lead consulting engagements, drive strategic initiatives, and support clients in enhancing business performance. The ideal candidate has strong consulting experience, excellent client-facing skills, and the ability to manage projects end-to-end while delivering structured, data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead consulting initiatives and help identify additional opportunities for future engagements

- Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries and internal stakeholder questions

- Manage multiple workstreams and projects simultaneously

- Transform business problem statements into clear proposals with guidance from leadership

- Develop frameworks, solutions, and recommendations that address critical client challenges

- Build insights and strategies that support portfolio growth and customer engagement

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, risk, innovation) and global/regional groups

- Produce analyses, insights, and recommendations to improve client performance

- Conduct client-specific portfolio analysis including demographics, behavior, spend levels, and financial indicators

- Support the development of structured project materials, storyboards, and presentation decks

Qualifications

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in consulting, corporate strategy, or business management

- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on influencing ROI

- Understanding of client P&L and profitability drivers is an advantage

- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills

- Strong team orientation with a collaborative and flexible working style

- Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently across multiple projects

- Proven high performance in a large consulting firm or corporate strategy team

- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting both quantitative and qualitative data

- Proficiency in data-driven storytelling and data visualization techniques

- Ability to create structured templates, storyboards, and analytical flows

- Experience turning problem statements into clear proposals or competitive analyses
