1. Content Strategy and Planning

• Develop and execute the brand content strategy to ensure alignment with company objectives
• Research industry trends and plan high-value content (e.g., market analyses, project evaluations, technical deep dives)

2. Content Production and Management

• Lead the creation of original content, including articles and reports
• Manage external contributors such as writers, translators, and designers to ensure content quality
• Optimize SEO strategies to improve search rankings and organic traffic

3. Data Analysis and Optimization

• Monitor content performance (views, engagement rate, conversion rate) and continuously refine strategies
• Produce regular content operations reports to provide key data feedback to the team

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content-driven growth strategies
• Support the business development team by providing industry insights, case studies, and other content materials
• Work with the product and technology teams to deliver project updates, technical analyses, and related content

Essential Requirements

• Experience: Over 3 years of content creation, editing, or operations experience (blockchain and fintech preferred)
• Writing Skills: Strong writing foundation with the ability to produce in-depth, clear, and impactful content
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Web3, cryptocurrencies, DeFi, NFTs, and GameFi
• Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with SEO and Google Analytics

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing successful owned media channels (e.g., Twitter, Medium, Substack)
• Basic design skills (Canva or Photoshop) or video editing abilities (a plus)
• Bilingual in Chinese and English (able to write and edit English content)
