Meet and exceed sales target
Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executive.
Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customer.
Implement a sales strategy targeting key decision makers to build a network and drive business; strategically cross-sell into existing accounts to highlight the scope of Vanguard's products and services; serve as a trusted adviser to customers.
Achieve or exceed territory performance goals;
Qualify new business opportunities to ensure alignment of commercial objectives, financial objectives and customer needs;
Communicate and collaborate with assigned Inside Sales Representative and Sales Development Coordinator to provide a seamless sales experience for your prospects and customers; ensure alignment of commercial objectives, financial objectives and customer needs.
Provide market intelligence to the sales manager.
Expedite the resolution of customer questions, problems or complaints to ensure satisfaction.
Ensure weekly and monthly reports are completed and submitted timely.
Shall be tasked to promote the company's logistics services to prospective customers.
Secure new customers and maintain existing ones. This can be done through telemarketing, email and actual visits.
Coordinate shipments between customer and operations personnel.

A graduate of Bachelors in Customs Management, Marketing, or any related field.
Experienced professionals in the field of supply chain management, transport, and logistics.
Computer Literate
Possessing strong communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in writing and speaking English.
Excellent organizational and presentation skills.
Able to work independently and with a team.
