• Engage with clients regarding long-outstanding accounts.
• Prepare and analyze Credit Collection Report for NI, EI & MOD businesses.
• Issue Constant Reminder letters on a weekly basis or as needed.
• Prepare itinerary of daily collection based on client releasing schedule. Monitor and update schedule as necessary.
• Coordinate with clients for the collection of Expanded
• Withholding Tax (CWT) Certificate as required.
• Directly coordinate with Document Controller for all requested documents by the client as needed for collection and check releasing.
• Monitor and constantly communicate with our Cebu &
• Baguio offices on collection matters.
• Submit daily actual collection report.
• Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the Credit Controller.
