- Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure timely payments.
- Contact clients regarding overdue invoices and negotiate payment plans.
- Maintain accurate records of collections and account statuses.
- Collaborate with sales and finance teams to resolve payment issues.
- Prepare regular reports on collection activities and outstanding debts.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in credit and collections.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, proficiency in accounting software.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage accounts receivable, follow up with clients on payments, prepare reports.
- Working Conditions: Office environment; may require overtime during month-end close.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, with a strong sense of integrity and teamwork.
