Provides efficient responses to inquiries and complaints on post-sales support and services.

  • Bachelor’s College Degree in any field but preferably IT-related course
  • With at least one (1) year experience in Customer Service
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Has the ability to handle challenging customer situations
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Knowledge in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
