What you’ll do

You’ll be on the front line of the product, working directly with real users:

  • Support and onboard users using the app
  • Answer questions and help solve everyday issues
  • Collect user feedback and identify patterns
  • Share insights with product and growth teams
  • Assist with day-to-day operations and process improvements

No coding. No technical background required.

  • Clear written and spoken communication
